Since we were passing through Texas, we made our third stop a visit to see Christy’s sister Cassie in Dallas, Texas.
We made a quick stop at the Texas welcome center for a photo, and the. Headed through to Dallas. The drive was pretty short but Dallas traffic in the RV was a bit stressful for Cory.
We got to Dallas in time for a late lunch with Cassie and then got a tour of her fancy condo (with roof top patio!). The kids played with bubbles on the roof and Cara found a giant stuff unicorn which she thought was the best thing ever. Cassie took us to a great dinner at a local tex-mex restaurant and then Cory and the kids went to bed while Christy and Cassie caught up.
Collin lost a loose tooth in the afternoon, so the tooth fairy had to make a special stop to visit him.
The next morning we headed out bright and early for our next stop in New Mexico. Special thanks to Cassie for letting us crash at her place for the night and do some laundry!
